Service achchhi nahi hai, raste me bus kharab hone ko oassenger ko chhor kar sare bus stap gayab ho jata hai n koi substitute bhi nahi diya jata hai aur na hi kiraya wapas karta hai...
Very good service,I hv great experienced with it,when I hv travelled from Dhn to Hazaribagh,It takes only 2 hrs to reach the destinatin.But, when I travelled with general bus it takes 3:30 to 4 hrs,so irritating.But,one requst to owner pls start service from Dhanbad to Ranchi ..
That's really great. Why dont you have an online portal for online ticket booking ?
